Race Reports
In-depth reports from Tryka race events.
DUBLIN AUTUMN RACE 1
Dublin Autumn Race 1 was the start of the series — 3,796 athletes across 2,316 entries, the smallest of the three Dublin races but where the patterns were set. Doubles 800 swept the day's station records, Open 500 drew twice as many women as men, and Ellie Carmody won Pro Women in 56:50, kicking off what became a multi-race winning streak.
DUBLIN SPRING RACE 3
Dublin Spring Race 3 drew 7,648 athletes across 4,495 entries — the biggest field of the Tryka calendar so far. The day belonged to the doubles teams, who accounted for nearly two thirds of the start list and produced the day's fastest single-station times. Josh Flynn and Paul O'Brien won Doubles 800 and went on to set the fastest Lunges and Burpees splits of the entire race.
DUBLIN WINTER RACE 2
Dublin Winter Race 2 brought 6,252 athletes to the start line across 3,790 entries, with Doubles 800 taking over from Doubles 500 as the day's biggest field. Darren Saunders and Jason Devereux blitzed the fastest finish in 39:11 — the only team under 40 minutes — and Chloe Sawyer pulled off a rare double, winning both her Doubles 800 and Open 800 races outright.
